Knife Hand

• $35-$40 per hour

Our client is seeking an experienced knife hand to assist in the production kitchen. Sourcing from like-minded partners locally and across the country to provide cutting meats to order and product ranging from premium to value.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Safe food handling
• Trimming skills required to meet our company specifications (e.g. beef, lamb, and pork)
• Packing, loading and unloading
• Adhering to safety policies and procedures
• Organisational ability including time management & task prioritisation

Essentials:

• Experience as a Butcher/Knife hand
• Advanced knife skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, repetitive environment
• Excellent communication skills and presentation
• Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol screen
